Sunday, November 9, 2014 - Boom! Now this is what I was expecting from 1991 DRC. Absolutely spectacular nose of spice, iron, earth, red fruit, dried roses and more spice. Outstanding energy and freshness on the palate. This grew in stature with more and more time in the glass. Amazing harmony, balance and grip. But the spice really stole the show tonight.
