Friday, December 2, 2016 - Starting to seriously mature. Rounded out and fleshy mouthfeel. Creamy notes. This wine is all about texture now. It's lost some of the previous grace but added so much more in intensity. Acid and freshness still present but I think this is drinking at peak. Excellent.
