Wednesday, April 25, 2018 - Some Excellent Mixed Whites at Martina (Martina, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over an hour plus. A good contrast to the '02 Clouet Dream. This was right up my alley, elegant and toasted, nutty and fresh, pear, pear galette, this too has a great texture, more creamy with great acid, bright stone minerals and freshness giving this nice lift and energy. Very crisp and focused, I wish I'd have gone bigger on these.
