Tuesday, January 29, 2008 - drank on my 30th birthday. omfg! this was a knockout. sweet dark fruit, graphite, tobacco with a velvet like mouthfeel. obvious tannins, but one could still derive much pleasure from this right now. enjoyed with a filet mignon which cut through the tannins and revealed an awesome drink! i can't wait to taste this again way down the road.
