Saturday, November 23, 2013 - Served right after opening. Nose suspicious of dry mushrooms. But mouth is straight , linear, fresh without flaw. Fine and mineral. Just a hint of honey and perhaps tilleul to show shy clues of chenin. Very good, but I think it has passed his colors, even if the structure is still very strongh. Matching very well pork rillettes.
