Monday, December 23, 2019 - The fill was into the neck and the cork was sound; popped and poured. Much better than a bottle consumed a last year, with notes of ripe plums, blackberry, mocha, and hints of campfire. Medium to full bodied, with a lush texture, great concentration, and a long finish. The 2003 vintage character shines through, but in a very positive fashion.
