Monday, October 10, 2016 - Columbus Day Washington State Wine Night (Lincoln Square Steaks, NYC): This was a huge hit with my wine group. None of us had ever had it before. Dry, with a pleasing acidity, it had citrus and floral notes. Loved the way the Semillon tamed the Sauvignon Blanc. It had a much bigger body than straight Sauvignon Blancs have.
