Monday, August 14, 2023 - A stellar Butteaux from a raising star organically farmed winery of Thomas Pico. Wine is aged in stainless steel and concrete for 18 months. Intense and complex aroma caramelized apples, cinnamon, ripe pears, candied lemons, honeysuckle, Pina colada hints. Medium+ body, tense and lively, remarkable sharpness, so fresh and dynamic. Showing generous depth and concentration of granny smith, citrusy and stone fruit flavours along vibrant and crisp steely acidity, concludes with long mouthwatering touch smoky finish.
