Monday, January 5, 2015 - Too young! This wine - despite what Brian may say - has development yet before it. The favors are vivid with white pear, crisp apple, coconut milk, and spices. Crisp and precise, but so very big with vanilla elements. Despite the size of this wine, it is still restrain and not giving nearly as big as it will be ... it WILL be (using voice of Yoda). Hold for a year or more and try again. 14.9% alc. With French onion soup. Highly Recommended.
