Saturday, June 27, 2009 - Had with steaks on the grill..needs the food to help it along. Opened about 4 hours before dinner. Cork very dry..had to decant and strain because of broken cork. Upon first opening very tight..after 3 hours opened a bit. smooth tannins and long finish. Seems like it might last a few more years, except some bricking in color
