Friday, June 6, 2014 - 2 bottles in 2 nights says a lot, this is a very "pleasant", ready drink now Napa Cabernet, unmistakeably Caymus. Eager to please, vanilla, oak and plenty of grape. While not profound or complex, its a real treat, simple, delicious and so very easy to drink. Dark in color, the richness is surprising given its youth and overall balance. While it may not generate big scores now or ever this is a wine to serve others and enjoy without any pretense. In fact it was so enjoyable we opened a bottle 2 consecutive nights. For what we paid, unbeatable. Will be buying more this weekend or as soon as I can get my hands on some at the same price point. Don't pass this up.
