85 Points

Friday, January 30, 2015 - Nice, deep sombre colour, some bricking round the edges. Decent mature nose, some tertiary leafy elements, nothing really special or refined. Smooth attack, very dry taste, slightly bitter, quite a whack of tannins left. Lacks fruit. Reminds me of what grand crus used to taste like in the 70'ies and 80'ies, before Michel Rolland e.a. It'll grow softer, won't die on you this year or the next, but is basically showing all it has.
