Tart and acidic fruit on palate with lots of crunchy cherry and mouthwatering cranberry fruit. The oak is present but adds a nice smoky and meaty aspect without overpowering. There is a subtle green stem aspect which may be from stem inclusion or just simply a cooler climate characteristic. Overall I am quite pleased with this wine and appreciate the restraint shown to allow the pinot character to shine through.
