Saturday, March 12, 2022 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Small La Paulee pour. Dense and powerful with ever-so-charming black cherry and roasted meat. I have not tasted this wine in a decade, and it better now vs 2011. But that's Rousseau Chambertin, even in a forward vintage like 2000.
