Friday, August 11, 2023 - Drank 2 bottles with the wife and some friends. First bottle was ever so slightly oxidized but the second was fresh and clean. Medium to dark lemon yellow with visible texture. Nose has honeysuckle, cream, citrus, white peach and some light mineral undertones. Palate was somewhat dense and chewy with notes of orchard fruit, creamy but not quite buttery, lemon curd and some stony elements on the finish. My wife liked this more than I. Score reflects the second bottle. This has held up well in the cellar but probably was just pat peak, even the second bottle.
