Sunday, April 3, 2016 - Pear, apricot, grapefruit and lemon on the nose. Nice stone fruit and wet rock flavors on the palate with a touch of sweetness and a nice shot of acid in the finish. Drink before and during dinner of grilled chicken and roasted brussel sprouts, potatoes and broccoli. Rounded on the palate. Good with and without food. Noticed the apricot flavor more before the food and the pear flavor more with the food. After dinner notes of apricot, peach and apple especially as the wine warms.
