Tuesday, December 19, 2017 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, black cherry, bacon fat, Asian spice, and a hint of black pepper. Palate: Medium bodied, pomegranate, black cherry, and spice attack, high acid, tart red fruit and earthiness dominate the back-end and persist through a medium length finish. A solid effort, but unexciting.
