Tuesday, May 31, 2011 - First bt (Feb 2011) lovely, Good presence without much weight. clear rim, slightly tawny colour. Perfumed nose, rounded mouth with cherries coming through at the end.
Second bt (May 2011) had a hard time up against pear, blue cheese and walnut salad. it won through but came across much lighter, more zingy than before. Still a good nose, promising depth but its lack of weight made it feel ore insubstantial. Partnered well
