Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - UGC 2016 (Chicago, IL): Again this is one of those estates which could easily rise above the boringness of the 2013 Bordeaux blancs, decides to, but then drags everything back down to and below that base level by adding way too much oak. I'm betting that the second wine (which was not poured) is much, much better.
