Thursday, May 8, 2014 - Schramsberg Vineyards Tour & Tasting (Schramsberg Vineyards): A new bottle after our tour guide determined the first bottle to be off and not drinkable. A Chardonnay-driven blend containing 13% Pinot Noir. Aromas of vanilla cream soda and yeast. Deep mushroomy oxidized overtones- too much so for what's here. Apple, caramel and mushroom flavors.
