Saturday, August 4, 2018 - Popped from ice bucket. Medium effervescent. Light golden flax. Medium nose of yeast. Fine bubbles - long lasting. Medium sweet. Fruity. Very light alcohol. Slight yeast at finish. Everyone enjoyed. 87% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot.
