Tuesday, July 13, 2021 - Chilled, popped and poured. Really fresh nose of red apples, lemons, cream and a hint of toffee. Really great acidity and mouthfeel, with a more honeysuckle, biscuit and mint-like finish on the palate. Really vibrant, fruity and yet textured and layered at the same time. Superb.
