Saturday, August 15, 2015 - Not decanted, consumed over ~2 hours. Dry, with floral notes and hints of watermelon on the nose. The medium-bodied palate matches up, and brings a nice pithy blood orange tartness to the mix. For my palate, this might have lost a step since our last bottle a few months ago, but it's still quite a nice rosé for a warm summer evening.
