Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Refined and classy with aromas of cloves, minerals, meat and red and black fruits. In the mouth it is sweet and deep and quite expansive. There’s a good deal of finesse here for Corton and whilst it will undoubtedly age for several decades the balance and poise of the wine allows you to drink now with plenty of enjoyment.
