Friday, June 30, 2023 - Coravin fun - Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Quite cellar stink initially, underpinned by red currant, chalky minerality, a little caramel, leather, earth, slight mushroom with time a tiny fruit lozenge quality with some dried flours, wetly dilute, juicy, fleshy tangy, autumn fruits are slight dried out and there is a coarse tannic burr across the tongue, all travels long. Nice.
