Sunday, January 18, 2015 - I had another bottle from this producer last summer (my first Assyrtiko); That one was spectacular. I found that more harmonious than the pricier 2013 Sigalas that I bought right after.

Fresh out of the bottle, this one was somehow a bit disjointed on the first day. On the second day, the acidity receded - it seemed sweeter on the palate, but it was more integrated. It all kind of came together on the last glass which was savory, a delicious mouthful.

This was a nice bottle of wine. I just HAD liked the earlier bottle way more.
