Wednesday, February 25, 2015 - Nice gold color with fresh pineapple, mango and tropical fruit nose. Abundant smooth flavor of the same with some minerality and a hint of honey. Proportional volomptuous finish that fades too quickly. Just enough acidity. Pairing well with salmon.
