Saturday, October 10, 2015 - has the acidity and grassy/herbiness of a NZ Sauvignon blanc, but with more green apple and maybe peach kind of fruit than citrus. Also a salty kind of minerality

Worked well with lemony/garlicky roast chicken, but it's begging for fish

Love it for the price
