Saturday, December 8, 2012 - Decanted off slight sediment and drunk over the course of a couple hours. Nice spicy, cedary blue-fruit driven, with a black pepper finish. Starting to take on a flavor which I can only describe as "old zin," not tired by any means, but definitely starting to take that long, graceful walk into the sunset.
