Left in the decenter all night, and revisited the following evening to find that wine is just starting to come around. Poop has blown off--mostly--and the fruit is really starting to shine. Still LOTS of eucalyptus smells and flavors however, with cedar wood, big, sweet blackberry fruit, and tobacco. A very interesting and complex wine that makes me think it needs another 5 years of bottle age to continue its evolution.
