Friday, February 20, 2015 - Opened 30-40 minutes prior to serving, tasted continuously over 4 hours. Gorgeous nose showing white pepper, rose petal, tart raspberry and black cherry. I picked up a little hint of oak but it was exactly the kind I like, integrated and supporting the structure. The acidity is still young and a touch rough but with several more years it'll integrate nicely. Good firm tannins. I'll be holding my other bottles for a while.
