Saturday, January 30, 2021 - I would say - just in time. The wine with lots of tertiary notes in the nose after 4 hours of decanting. Only the day after, it evolved to some red fruits in sugar (cherry in liquor). The palate is balanced with a little dominant of acidity but this does not disturb much. The next day all smoother and silkier. Maybe this is the solution - to drink bottles after 24 hours... I would not keep it longer though.
