Wednesday, January 29, 2020 - Deep straw colour. ~ Bright Citrus and green apple peel. Some waxy mouthfeel but still crisp and I think a couple times I described as “sharp” but in a pleasant way. Ate Indian curry with it. Med+ acid, good phenolic ripeness, off dry, full body.
