Friday, December 13, 2019 - Burgundies at Margeaux Brasserie (Chicago, IL): This bottle was absolutely stunning. Incredibly youthful for its age, with a really lovely red-fruit-driven disposition, followed with a moderate amount of spice. I've disliked some of the Lafon Volnays for showing too much oak, but it has integrated very well here.
