Sunday, September 25, 2011 - Tasting room pour. Red fruits & licorice with rose petals, smoked meats, and spices and with a splash of cherry cola on the mid palate. Moderate grain, soft but chewey tannins, moderately bright acidity, medium length. Tasty stuff
