Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Starts out a little spritzy so it needs a bit of time to calm itself down. Relatively heady aromas for pinot gris, hinting at red fruits at first, then more vividly melon as it sits in the glass - which adds some nice deeper tones to the paler flavors it shows on the palate.
