Wednesday, February 10, 2021 - Tasted over 3 hrs
-dark red violet no bricking
-aromatically complex garrigue grenache-y kirsch faint black pepper
-med acidity, med weight less complex mid-palate of earth and medicinal kirsch, tannins are mostly resolved but what remains is a little dried out and bitter accentuated by the alcohol
-nice nose, doubt there is any upside
