Tuesday, April 7, 2015 - Had this over 2 nights. Unscrewed cap, let breathe for 2 hours, and then poured through the Vinturi. Found it primary with some minerality. Notes of tart red cherry and earth. Medium-bodied with light tannin, moderate acidity and a medium finish. Not really complex, rather a simple daily drinker.
