Salmon/pink in color. This is a very good iteration of Rubis. It has the density of a riper year, yet the acidity is plentiful, allowing both parts to work together. For me, more in the unctuous side of things, with a cool blood orange coil running through it, alongside a vein of strawberry. Stylistically, this works really well, so long as you're Ok with a richer, fuller expression of Rose.
