Monday, November 3, 2014 - OH gawd oh gawd oh gawd. This wine is my red wine wet dream. As a mostly white and rosé drinking male I don't really drink much red and therefore catch a lot of flack. I want to expand my horizons though. So, I chose this wine on a Garagiste offer and just tried it today. So bright and refreshing. My wife called it eminently drinkable and that's true. Also great pairing with beef and rice grape leaves. This wine has wonderful balanced acidity that worked perfectly with the lemon and tomato in this old family recipe.
