Sunday, February 25, 2018 - SobeWFF. This wine is aged 12 months in large vats from fruit sourced from Barossa and McLaren. It’s 91/9 Shiraz and Cabernet. Dark red color with chewy tannins entering into adolescence. The nose and palate show racy berries and raisins with hints of herbs and dusty iron rust.
