Monday, April 18, 2016 - This vibrant, pale yellow wine serves up citrus peel, melon and dried herbs, accented by a note of papaya (which is attributable to the dollop of Sémillon added to the final blend). Despite being listed as a heady 14.8%, the alcohol lurks quietly in the background and does not detract from the varietal correctness of this wine.
