Sunday, October 2, 2016 - My first go around with this producer. Tried the 2011, 2012 and 2013 vintages at a recent Yankee Spirits tasting. The 2011 was my American WOTN. Nice bright fruit flavors without the "manufactured" over extraction of the warmer vintages. A bit green and stemmy similar to a Washington state Maritage. This to me adds to the balance and ultimately makes it more interesting.
