Wednesday, October 7, 2009 - Lovely nose of sea and lemon. Flavors starting out as focused lemon mineral with white-flowers continuing with a complex mid-palate of smoke, hazelnut, oak, and mineral, on to a mineral lemony long finish. a lovely wine that may not be seamless or silky, but has excellent complexity, concentration, and length. Very enjoyable. I found I enjoyed it slightly cooler than my normal cellar temp preference for white burgs.
