Tuesday, February 27, 2024 - This is exactly what you expect from Barolo 2010 after 10 years. Fruitiness and tannins are still there, but much more secondary and tertiary aromas from oak and ageing. Vanilla, cloves, dried fruits, forest floor, mushroom. The colour is almost brown. Depending on the storage conditions it is ready for drink like this example or can be aged more.
