Friday, October 31, 2014 - Celebration of Chardonnay (De Wetshof, Robertson): (Tasted Blind): Mid lemon colour with abundant lemon notes, flint and some light peach. The wine has a vibrant acidity and a charming flinty mineral quality with prominent lemon peel and curd. There is a twist of pastry oak spices on the close—mid finish.
