Sunday, June 4, 2023 - Amazing for a 10 year old bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Maybe not as layered a taste profile as in the past and perhaps a bit less acidity but the smoother subtler taste and mouth feel was enjoyed by all.
To my surprise it tasted better from the bottle after a couple of hours. Don't wait much longer - if you have it drink up soon
