Smooth mid-palate with decent depth but not as deep as the 2010 vintage. Fairly rich and sweet. Solid finish but not overly long nor deep. In my opinion, this vintage was much better really young with fuller/deeper fruit and bigger/fuller flavors. In addition, it continues to get richer and sweeter as the tannins continue to soften. Still a nice wine though but the 2010 vintage was more my style - not as rich/sweet and also a bigger/fuller cab.
