Monday, July 10, 2023 - Developed nicely since en-primeur tasting 8-9 years ago. Accessible and rich but still in the early stages of development. Try again in 5-8 years. A good match for most fruit-based desserts / cakes (except chocolate). Works with blue cheese and will probably be a good match to foie gras.
