Saturday, September 21, 2013 - Charleston II - The Collectibles - Afternoon Edition; 9/20/2013-9/21/2013 (Kings Courtyard Inn in Charleston, SC): Nice dark black cherries, some light white pepper, a bit of leather, oak. This is just a pretty wine. It was a bit of an odd one though - a bit closed on first pour, after about 10-20 minutes would peak in the glass and then faded relatively fast and started to come across as a bit sour. At those peaks though this was my favorite wine of the afternoon.
